The leasing consultant for McIntosh Plaza in Carrollton sent me an email yesterday saying she just signed a lease for Kay Jewelers. Kay Jewelers will make part of the empty Dollar Tree spot their new home. This is roughly 2,000 square feet of space. They hope to open sometime in September.
