Construction for the new Goodwill is taking place next to Pets Supplies Plus. Goodwill plans to keep the Lake Carroll location open. Below are the exact plans for the construction crews. Store will open in mid March.
Details – demolish auto/garden center of former Walmart (approx 7500 sf) and construct new 15,332 sf building addition at end of existing shopping center- full construction masonry exterior walls with interior (Dodge Report).
