Officials with Bealls Outlet have informed us that the store has opened. This is much earlier than expected. Merchandise flowed into the store around October 22nd. Bealls Outlet is like a smaller version of a TJ Maxx. They are located next to Dollar Tree by the Walmart in Carrollton.
