Academy Sports and Outdoors now has approval for a 71,000 square foot store in Douglasville. The store will be located at the intersection of Hwy 5 and the Bright Star Connector. This will be a massive project with additional leasing opportunities expected. A new road is also planned for the area. More details can be found in the Douglas County Sentinel.
