Have you drove by the former Geek Call lately on the corner of Bankhead and Newnan Rd? Geek Call closed months ago and now the building is undergoing a complete overhaul. I went by the location to see what was going on. I found the permit box to be empty. My attempt in reaching someone at the city was unsuccessful since it is Christmas time. So I tried going back to the corner of Bankhead and Newnan Rd. Finally I ran across two individuals doing some construction work on the back of the building. They told me the location was going to be a check cashing business. The name will be Check Max Pro.
