We have an opening for a Certified Technician. We provide 24 hour emergency services for residential and commercial property owners who have suffered a water, fire or mold loss.
Responsibilities will include:
Ability to be on call 24/7
Water extraction
Demolition
Drying equipment placement
Basic math
Good writing and record keeping ability
Fire cleaning
Mold cleaning
Qualifications preferred but not required include:
At least 1 years experience of hands on Mold Remediation work
At least 2 years experience of hands on Water Damage Repair work
Direct experience with knowledge of how to perform Mold/Water damage remediation jobs from start to finish
Current certification through the IICRC (WRT)
Basic knowledge and capability to perform carpet cleaning with a truck mounted unit
Excellent technical ability as well as excellent customer service and communication ability
Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating program
Applicants must have a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check and drug testing.
