Could A New Road Leading To Central High School Bring More Retail and Food?

IMG_4919IMG_1901
Today we noticed several inmates cutting down trees beside the Econo Lodge off Highway 27. This is directly behind Firehouse Subs and Dunkin Donuts. We were told that a new connector road will be built to connect this part of Highway 27 to Central Road. The Central Road portion will be directly across from Central High School. A new road here will help traffic flow tremendously around the school. Also this road could bring possible new retail and food to an already busy area. It will only be a matter of time before we have answers to these questions. We do not have a scheduled opening for the new road.
