Site Work and Construction Has Started On Carrollton’s Fourth McDonald’s

GROUND BREAKING 4/23 Weather Permitting

Say it ain’t so.. Carrollton will soon be home to a fourth McDonald’s. We broke the news 6 months ago about a possible McDonald’s next to the Waffle House by Ingles in north Carrollton. Construction crews were finally seen clearing the land for construction to start. Crews are pretty much right on schedule with construction. You will soon see concrete being poured and the walls going up. We do not have any word on hiring at this time. Usually half way into the project officials will send us information on how to apply. Like we stated before, McDonald’s brings jobs and also more variety of food to the area. The newly redesigned Bremen McDonald’s should be open soon if not already. Recently a lot of activity has been seen along the Highway 27 corridor from Highway 113 to Columbia Drive. The archery store and gun store was recently sold to a buyer in whom we can not name at this time. Also the former La Hacienda is ready for leasing. With easy access to I-20 more construction should pick up soon in this area of Carrollton.
