Dermo Realty informs us that the former Pig Pen BBQ and Lee’s Chicken Restaurant has been leased. A Title Pawn will move in shortly and is preparing to open. We drove by the restaurant a few days ago, when it was not raining and found the grounds looking really good surrounding the former restaurant. A lock box was noticed on the door which means a potential buyer. We then contacted Dermo Realty which confirmed it had been leased.
