A hidden treasure in the Fairfield Plantation area opened in April called Bargain Depot. The store features overstock and close outs. We spoke to the owner directly and she tells us, I price this stuff close to half off the “Mart” stores. After years of “bargain” shopping at stores such as mine, I decided to open my own and save people money and the time of driving into town to grab soaps, shampoos, razors, and your everyday necessities. If you are familiar with the Fairfield area there is just a convenience store at the corner. It could take you anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get to the nearest store. Bargain Depot is such a great concept for this growing area. Their store hours are Tue – Fri: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sat: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. They are located at 66 Fairfield Road.
