You might have noticed a big dumpster sitting in one of the parking spaces on the Square in front of the former Nell’s Printing and Signs. The owner of the Irish Bred Pub has purchased the building. Chad, the owner, tells us they should have construction done in about 3 months. One renter, which is a nail salon has already committed to one of the spaces. They are currently looking for 2 more commercial renters. The front space is being divided into 2 spaces. The other space that’s still left is 2000 sq ft. The basement commercial space is 2200 square feet. Chad also has a 3 bedroom loft available. We are very excited to see this historic building transformed in additional space for The Square.
