The former Fred’s was transformed over the last few months to a Yazoo Trading Company. Basically Fred’s is owned by Yazoo. The only thing that has changed is the name and what is inside. They will carry Hardware, Pet Supplies, and auto equipment. Yazoo’s website states, ” Your neighborhood hardware, auto, and pet and animal supply store. It’s where you can find the things you need to fix, or fix-up, your car and home. The people you find working here are friendly and know a thing or two.” Yazoo is adding additional stores around midsouth region. Stores are opening in Benton, TN, Crossville, AL, and Macon, GA. Yazoo will open in the former Freds in Temple on August 23rd.
