A few months ago we broke the news about the Nell Printing Building being purchased by the owner of The Irish Bred Pub. According to Nova Nails, they will move into the right hand side section sometime in November. Currently their portion of the building is being renovated and constructed. Nova Nails will continue to operate their East Carrollton location by the theater until further notice. An apartment underneath the building is currently under construction as well.
