Chick-fil-A Closed For 4 Weeks

Chickfila

Article from Jan 14, 2014 – Carrollton’s Chick-fil-A has been scheduled and approved for a full kitchen renovation. This will include a high production and high volume center line kitchen. The front counter would be torn out and rebuilt. This would flip the production side. Also planned for the renovation is a multi-lane order point drive thru. Similar to what you would see in Opelika, Alabama and the Chick-fil-A off Inverness Pwy near The Summit in Birmingham. This would expand the current drive thru for more production room. Chick-fil-A plans to build out an additional 900 square feet towards the back of the restaurant. The construction is scheduled to begin on February 8th. Carrollton’s Chick-fil-A will remain open during the initial construction phase. Chick-fil-A will then close on March 8th for a period up to 4 weeks. This closure is due to the size of the renovation project. Chick-fil-A will also do a dining room refresh during the renovation. This includes new upholstery / furniture. They will also move some of the dining room walls. At this time Chick-fil-A has NOT committed to the former Checker’s property for parking lot expansions. Keep watching The Carrollton Menu for exclusive offers and 2 Chick-fil-A product launches later this spring! Special thanks to Chick-fil-A Operator David Daniels.
