First Tuesday Mall Sold in Carrollton, Ga.
ATLANTA (May 1. 2014) – The SRS Southeast Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of an 180,145-square-foot community shopping center in Carrollton, Georgia. The property is located at 1004 Bankhead Hwy; which is situated along U.S. Highway 166 just west of the intersection of Northside Drive and Bankhead Highway. The property, which is anchored by Food Depot, Citi Trends, Farmers Home Furniture and Fred’s Super Dollar, was sold for $4.35 million.
“First Tuesday Mall represented a great opportunity for a group like RCG, with their experience and track record, to acquire a center with not only a strong regional grocery anchor but also an ample value-add component,” stated Pierce Mayson, vice president of the SRS Investment Sales team. “This was another enjoyable deal to be a part of, between two of Atlanta’s most respected retail real estate owners- Mimms Enterprises and RCG Ventures.”
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson in the SRS Atlanta office represented the seller, Mimms Enterprises, in the transaction. Scott Tarbet, with RCG Ventures, represented the buyer.
