Newnan / Coweta County construction has really picked up as of lately. A new TownePlace Suites by Marriott is currently under construction by Carrollton’s very own RA-LIN. We first broke the news about the hotel sometime last year. The new hotel will be 54,000 Square Feet and is owned by Paramount Hospitality Management LLC. The hotel is located behind Ashley Park heading towards Lower Fayetteville Road. Paramount Hospitality Management also owns the Hampton Inn in Carrollton and the new Courtyard by Marriott under construction near The Square in Carrollton.
