A couple from San Diego, California are preparing to open a Baja style Taco stand off Maple Street in Carrollton. Baja Express will offer a variety of Fresh Street Tacos including Mahi-mahi and Swordfish Tacos. They will also offer the traditional meat, chicken, and pork tacos as well. The owners tell us nothing will be frozen. Everything is completely fresh and some organic items will be available. Baja Express is trying to work with local farmers to provide a different experience than what you might be accustomed to in Carrollton. An opening date has not been announced yet. Baja Fresh is located in the former Tobacco Too Outlet / BBQ building off Maple Street. This is directly across from Westover Square and behind the BB&T ATM. We welcome Baja Express to Carrollton!
