Solving Poverty Program
Circles of West Georgia, a new program being launched by the Community Foundation of West Georgia and St. Margaret’s Community Outreach, will be introduced to representatives from local nonprofit organizations, churches and interested citizens. Two public, community information sessions will be held to launch the new program, on Wednesday, September 3, at 9 a.m. and on Thursday, September 4, at 5:15 p.m. at the Carroll EMC Auditorium at 155 North Highway 113. Circles is an initiative to solve poverty in our community and promises to inspire and equip families and communities to thrive and combat poverty and prevent homelessness in an innovative, community-driven way.
