We just received word from one of our followers, Beth that a Dollar General was looking at the corner of Hwy 16 and Whopping Creek Church Road in Clem. That information has now been confirmed by Carroll County. CarrollEMC was seen marking the area of the planned store. No word on when construction will start. This should bring several jobs to the Clem area.
