For the past several months Check Into Cash has eyed Carrollton for it’s expansion into the West Georgia Market. Soon they will be located in the former Mattress Mart off 911 South Park Street. Check Into Cash also operates a business called Quic!oans which has a location in Rome, GA. Check Into Cash was started in Cleveland, TN in 1993 by business entrepreneur and philanthropist W. Allan Jones. I lived in Cleveland, TN during my childhood and heard many commercials on the radio for Check Into Cash during that time period. Mr. Jones has seen a rapid expansion in his business throughout the country. His businesses are also very much involved in the community as well. Most recently Mr. Jones saved the First Baptist Church steeple in Cleveland, TN (I was a baby in this Church) from being thrown away during a construction project. Lee University purchased the First Baptist Church property during an expansion. The historic steeple now rests safely on his families property.
