The Smallcakes location in Villa Rica has apparently closed according to an email received by corporate today. Smallcakes opened a location in downtown Villa Rica just last year. For the past several weeks we have received numerous tips hinting at the possible closure. Tips included disconnected phone lines along with lights off in the building for several days. A new Smallcakes location is opening in just a few weeks in Newnan. We spoke to the new owner of the Newnan location earlier today who also owns a location in West Cobb (Marietta). She is currently hiring at the Newnan location which is next to Tokyo Japanese Restaurant off 113 Newnan Crossing Bypass. If you are looking for that cupcake fix in the Carrollton area make sure you stop by Simply Cupcakes located directly across from The AMP off Bradley Street!
