Stewart House Chapel in the Works

IMG_0836

When Melissa Newborn purchased the Stewart House she had a vision of making a retirement home with a chapel behind the property nestled in the pecan trees.  The vision for the chapel is to be a place for the community to host weddings and a variety of community events.  There has been a lot of planning that and hard work that has gone into this process.  The Stewart House Chapel has obtained approval from the city.  Stewart House leaders are meeting with different architects this week to finalize the plans for the Chapel.  This will be a beautiful venue as the property would be right next to the Tanner walking tracking which features a gorgeous pond.  Once the Chapel is completed there will be a driveway to access the Chapel.  Along with the Chapel there will be additional parking for the new facility. Check back for updates on this project.
