Having tried and failed a few times as a car wash business, this lonely building seeming to stand alone at the corner of Douglas Blvd and Stewart Pkwy will soon be home to 1 Owner Auto Sales 3rd location. It will be the only car lot on Douglas Blvd as Douglasville Kia and Mitsubishi moved to Thornton Rd a few years ago. Currently, 1 Owner has 2 other locations in Lithia Springs and in Carrollton. Renovations have been ongoing to the building for a few weeks. At this time, no word on an official opening date, but there has been activity there all week. As soon as we get word of an opening date, we’ll let you know.
