The 13th annual “Step at a Time” road race (5K race and 1-mile fun run) that benefits the Carroll Co. Emergency Shelter (women’s shelter) will be Sunday afternoon, Feb. 22nd, at 2:00 at the East Carrollton Rec. Center. The certified course is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier and features the Carrollton Greenbelt.
