Central Middle School Student named to the GMEA Allstate Middle School Mixed Chorus

(Carrollton, Ga. – March 6, 2015) Central Middle School is proud to have one representative from the Central Middle School Sound of Pride Chorus at the 2015 Georgia Music Educators Association AllState Middle School Chorus. After 2 rigorous auditions, Courtney Vance passed and was accepted into the GMEA AllState Middle School Mixed Chorus. Courtney will perform with over 250 middle school singers from all over Georgia, and will spend 3 days in Athens, which will culminate with a performance.

Alice Ridley-Teal
Six-time STAR teacher, Alice taught Advanced Placement English, literature, composition, speech and theater for over twenty years, part of which time she also served as Director of Admissions, Development, Public Relations, and Alumni at Oak Mountain Academy. She is the managing partner of Ridley-Teal Properties and content editor for the City Menus. She is a board member of the Carroll Symphony Orchestra and enjoys playing flute with the Carroll Community Wind Ensemble.
