Arbor Place Snags Another Exciting Retailer

Bijuju Accessories location in Myrtle Beach, SC…opening soon at Arbor Place

The streak continues at Arbor Place Mall with new retailers filling up the few remaining empty spots at the Mall. Word Wednesday of a new Accessories boutique that will be Georgia’s first (but not last) location. Bijuju has been in name in South Carolina for a few years now. The chain has made its way into the Charlotte Area opening 2 stores with plans for another couple in the next year or so. The chain seems to be successful enough to expand into Georgia. As with French Fry Heaven, Fashion 2 Figure and New Square, Arbor Place is being marketed successfully as the place for new entries into the Atlanta area to make their debut. Bijuju at Arbor Place will open in the former Crush location, which will be 2 spots down from Francesca’s Collection opening spot. As mentioned, this will be Bijuju’s first location, but more are planned and in the works. Town Center at Cobb as well as The Mall of Georgia are also getting locations. No word so far on an opening date, but as with all stories, we will let you know as soon as we have it.

It would seem the sky’s the limit for Arbor Place. As the economy is coming back, more retailers are being added to the roster of Arbor Place’s already impressive list. Arbor Place now has one of the lowest vacancy rates of any mall in the Atlanta area, so not too much else can come (even if it wanted to). ***Rumor Mill: We have gotten a tip that Brookstone is also looking at Arbor Place for a location. We reached out to the company, they would not commit to a yes but are indeed looking to see if Arbor Place would be a great fit. Stay tuned.
