As one retailer in South Paulding taps out, another will soon be on the way to tap in. We here at the Douglasville Menu announced last week that we will cover South Paulding and areas of Hiram in our coverage area. The Staples located in the center directly at the corner of US 278 and GA 92 in Hiram recently closed its doors directing shoppers to their Marietta location off Dallas Hwy. The news isn’t all bad, as Bargain Hunt Superstores will soon take its place along the busy Hiram retail corridor. Bargain Hunt boasts selling name brand electronics and housewares for discounted price. No opening date has been set, but the store is now hiring and looking for associates. Bargain Hunt already has a store in Kennesaw off Barrett Pkwy, as well as store in Rome. We’ll keep you posted on the opening.
