Reconstruction of building 200 at Century Arbor Place underway

Seems like a lifetime ago for residents of Century Arbor Place when a massive fire broke out in building 200 of their community back in January. A scary scene in which luckily no one was hurt and binded the community together in helping those affected. Residents who lived in building 200 have since been relocated to other units on the property, or the sister property in Douglasville Century Park West. An update on progress, building 200 is now in the reconstruction phase after spending almost 3 months in damage removal and restoration. The outer shell of the building was able to be saved, and now reconstruction of each apartment within the building is underway. Construction is set to be complete sometime in the late summer or early fall. Looking forward to the community being whole again, and residents returning to their new units.
