FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, July 20, 2015

Mayor Wayne Garner has ordered that the United States flag be flown at half-staff, effective immediately through Friday, July 24, 2015, at all City of Carrollton facilities and parks, in honor of four United States Marines and a Navy Petty Officer killed in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
