Today you can vote for a local athlete to be a part of a new national campaign from Reebok. Last week we received word from Kristi Piwko, who along with her Husband George, own CrossFit Douglasville on Chapel Hill Rd. George known to the CrossFit community as “Rocky” is a unique athlete in that he was born without a right hand. Despite this he has learned to adapt and endure becoming a nationally recognized CrossFit athlete. Recently, George was one of 12 finalists for a new national advertising campaign from Reebok called “Be More Human”. This September, the 12 finalists will be taken down to 4 to appear in the new campaign. That is where you, our great community come in. The final 4 will be selected by popular vote. The voting began on August 14 and continues till September 1st. You can vote by email address once per day each day till voting ends. Let’s show our support for George and vote for him to be a finalist.
