Providence Elementary Teachers Invited to Participate in Georgia Performance Standards for Science Review Process

(Carrollton, Ga. ­ September 14, 2015) Providence Elementary School teachers April Price and Diane Trantham have been invited to participate as a member of the Working Committee in the revision process of the current third through fifth grade Georgia Performance Standards for Science. The Working Committee’s task is to draft the new standards based on the survey data from the teacher and outside stakeholders and the analysis of the current standards provided by the University System of Georgia.
