Yesterday we spoke with the Business Development Director Hasco Craver for the City of Newnan who informs us that Aldi will move into the former Office Max space in Newnan Pavilion. Construction and Planning documents should be released sometime this week and the store will go out for bidding shortly. The information was also confirmed by Aldi’s Real Estate team along with the updated construction documents. Newnan Pavilion hosts a number a different stores such as Five Below, Home Depot, Academy Sports, Khols, and more! Currently another Aldi is moving into the former Office Depot space in Peachtree City off Highway 54. That Office Depot store in Peachtree City is scheduled to close on October 24th.
