City Elections Nov 3: The Ballot

Back in August we brought you the story of the upcoming city elections taking place on November 3rd. We promised once the ballot was final and before voting began, we would bring you the ballot to view and help you decide. Also at the end, we will provide you a link to the ward maps to see if you have a city council candidate or not, as well as a city precinct list to let you know where to vote and who to contact for more info. Below now is the City Municipal election candidates for the General Election to be held on November 3, 2015 in alphabetical order. (I) Indicates Incumbent.

This link tells you where to vote by Ward in the city: Voting Precincts.  Also on this page is who to contact and numbers and emails to contact them if you need more info.

Important Dates:

October 12: Early Voting begins at the Douglas County Courthouse at the Voter Registrar’s Office on the 1st floor from 8am-5pm. You can vote by advance absentee ballot as well as general advance voting. Advance Voting runs till Friday October 30th at 5pm.

November 3: General Election Voting Day 7am-7pm at your assigned polling precinct.
