(Carrollton, Ga. November 4, 2015) Eight Bay Springs Middle School Student Council members and two advisors attended the 5th annual Leadership Summit at the Georgia State Capitol on Monday, November 2, 2015. The theme of this year’s summit was Liberty and Leadership. Students and advisors heard speakers and attended a workshop where they had the opportunity to learn valuable leadership skills.
