The City of Bowdon will be flow testing fire hydrants in our system starting immediately and continuing until the end of December. This work is needed to document the flow rates for an ISO (Insurance Services Office) rating review that is being conducted in Carroll County. During this testing, customers could experience some reduced water pressure along with water discoloration and cloudiness. If this occurs, please pause in doing laundry to allow for the system to settle back to clear itself. We apologize for any inconvenience this flow testing might cause.
