(Carrollton, Ga. February 3, 2016) Central Middle School is proud to have one representative from the CMS Sound of Pride Chorus at the 2016 Georgia Music Educators Association AllState Middle School Chorus. This is the highest level attainable by middle school musicians. This audition is for the most elite musicians who compete with hundreds of their statewide peers. After 2 rigorous auditions, 8 grader Heidi Anderson passed and was accepted into AllState Middle School Treble Chorus. She will perform with over 250 middle school singers from all over Georgia and spend 3 days in Athens. CMS is extremely proud of Heidi and this accomplishment.
