(Carrollton, Ga. February 18, 2016) In December, over 1,000 middle school students from our district, which spans from Heard county and moves northward to the state line in Ringgold, GA, auditioned for 200 available spots in the 2016 District Honor Band. We were proud to have Central Middle School students capture 14 of those slots and went on to perform February 13, 2016, at Ringgold High School. “We continue to have a strong band program at CMS year after year. I, along with all our faculty and staff, congratulate these students as well as Mr. Trumble on a job well done,” shared Jimmy LeBlanc, CMS Principal.
