(Carrollton, Ga. March 9, 2016) Bowdon High School art students have engaged in a project to learn how to express their artistic talents using ceramics. Students have learned the processes involved in hand building, glazing, and firing works in clay. One of the students’ art projects was to construct a ceramic bowl. Their bowls were then donated to The Empty Bowls Project, which is a fundraising event that helps those less fortunate in Carroll County. The Empty Bowls event will take place on Sunday, March 28, 2016 at the Carroll County Ag Center.
