HIRAM, Ga. – Pollo Tropical, the fast casual restaurant known for its citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken and comfort-food-gone-Caribbean sides like corn soufflé and balsamic tomatoes, celebrates the opening of its newest restaurant with a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 7 at 4525 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway in Hiram.

Events kick off at 10 a.m. with remarks from the Paulding Chamber of Commerce and Pollo Tropical representatives. Doors open to the public at 10:30 a.m. and the day-long celebration will feature entertainment for the entire family, including a live DJ, face painting, a balloon artist, a rock climbing wall, spin-and-win prizes, and more. The first 100 guests will receive a free quarter chicken meal with rice and beans and will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win Free Chicken for a Year*. Guests throughout the day can enter a raffle for a chance to win free tickets for upcoming Luke Bryan and Dave Matthews Band concerts.

The 3,700-square-foot restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to midnight daily, and will feature indoor and outdoor seating for more than 90 guests, with limited table service and a convenient drive-thru. Kids eat free every Tuesday at Pollo Tropical from open to close with the purchase of an adult entrée.
