A new Asian restaurant is coming to the east side of Carrollton. Hibachi Express is moving into the old Long John Silver’s at 530 Bankhead Highway across from Tower Plaza. The restaurant will be a fast-casual concept featuring both dine-in and carry-out options. The owner has three other locations including two in metro Atlanta and one on Thompson Bridge Road near Lake Lanier in Gainesville. No word yet on a possible opening date.
