Carroll County Board of Education Recognizes 2016 Valedictorians & Salutatorians

(Carrollton, Georgia—May 17, 2016) The Carroll County School System celebrated its 2016 Valedictorians and Salutatorians at a special recognition breakfast on May 13, 2016 at Sunset Hills Country Club. The breakfast was sponsored by Southwire of Carrollton. Dr. Kyle Marrero, President of the University of West Georgia, was the keynote speaker. Dr. Jon Anderson, Board Chair, offered a moment of reflection and inspiration to all the students. Each student was presented a plaque for their achievement by Mr. Cowart, Superintendent and Dr. Anderson.
