The Vanity by Shawncee will open this week between Corner Cafe and Gallery Row on Adamson Square. Brianna, the owner, spoke with us Monday afternoon about the new shop. She is a 2011 graduate of Carrollton High School and attended UWG. Brianna tells us her inspiration for the luxury beauty boutique comes from a desire to make everything better, based upon several bad experiences among other hair shops in the region. The new shop features two major cosmetic lines, NYX and MOTIVES. The Vanity is stocked full of hair care products, jewelry, extensions, and soon clothing. In a short time the mannequins will be dressed and shoppers inside! The store is expected to open on Wednesday, June 15th.
