There seems to be no stopping Market Square when it comes to attracting new tenants. In the past two years a shopping center that was once almost 75% vacant is now just three suites away from being fully occupied. We learned earlier this month that a new tenant has signed on to the rapidly filling center located on Highway 5. Allure Nails and Spa will be adding an additional space to the outparcel building which currently houses Subway, Pet Supermarket, and Douglasville Dental Associates. The space will be right next to Subway, and is currently under construction. We went by to check out the progress and saw that a brand new entrance has been built for the new suite, which is awaiting more work. The new spa should be open by the end of summer.
