A new, holistic wellness and counseling service has opened in east Carrollton. Sacred Journeys, LLC, has established its business at 815 Cedar Street, the former location for Ewe Knit. According to Nicole Windsor, business owner, licensed professional counselor, and certified personal fitness trainer, many of the therapeutic services provided combine with physical fitness training to form what she calls “active therapy.” In addition, the building also features a small gym and a dedicated space for art and music therapy.
