A new Tex-Mex restaurant established itself in February just outside the Fairfield Plantation gates. Irma’s Tex-Mex and More at 68 Fairfield Road features many of Tex-Mex fans’ culinary favorites including tamales, enchiladas, chicken mole, and more. They are even open for brunch. Their hours are 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Tuesday – Friday and 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. They also cater and will deliver within a five-mile radius. For more information or to contact “Mama Irma” as she is known to the Fairfield residents, visit their Facebook page.
