Back on September 26 we brought you the news of the Highway 5 Racetrac’s closing for a complete renovation. The remodeled store will present a new facade, and the inside will offer a new layout for the store with new features including a frozen yogurt shop and a Tex-Mex-themed vendor. Today we have learned that at the same time, the Racetrac on Thornton Road at Waterway Circle is going through the same remodel with the expected new features at this location as well. Both stores are scheduled to open before the end of the year. In addition, we brought you news of the new Racetrac that is being planned at Lee Road and Fairburn Road. We’ll keep you posted on the progress and planned opening date for both stores.
