Finally we have signs that some new tenants may be locating to a shopping center with plenty of room. Outdoor signage went up this week for a new T-Mobile store in the Park Place Shopping Center, which houses Kroger on Highway 5. The New T-Mobile store is the first new tenant for the shopping center in quite a while, and the center still has plenty of available spaces. We watched as Market Square was able to turn around its center with all but 3 spaces now occupied. We’re hopeful this means more new shopping and eating coming soon to Park Plaza. The new store should be open in time for the Christmas holidays.
