Villa Rica Dairy Queen Closer to Becoming Reality

Update as of Tuesday, April 18th, The City of Villa Rica issued a land disturbance permit for construction to begin.

This week we discovered proposed plans for the long-awaited Dairy Queen in Villa Rica. The approximately 3,350-square-foot building is slated to be built at 811 West Bankhead Highway/US 78 between Dollar General and Thompson Gas. Plans show the structure to be built with a small patio area in the front of the building, parking on the east and north sides of the building, and the drive-thru on the west side. The projected start date for construction is January 23.
