Being the radio and gadget nerd that I am, Radio Shack always filled my desires to find the newest little invention. A few weeks ago I bought a microphone for a future podcast idea. Having a Radio Shack close by makes trips like this fun and simple. A town without a Radio Shack is hard to imagine and this imminent closure affects me and others I’m sure. With the click of a button online, Amazon and other product delivery services have taken a bite out of our walk-in retail experiences. Both the Villa Rica location and Carrollton store served our community well. Currently both of these stores are liquidating their inventory and will close very soon.
