Jill Duncan State Farm Celebrates 15 Years

This month Jill Duncan State Farm celebrates its 15th anniversary. She opened the doors to her agency on April 1, 2012, after having been in operations with State Farm for 10 years. There were several agency openings available at the time, and she explained that the thriving community, the school system choices, and the fact that Carrollton was only an hour and a half from her parents and family were three of the reasons she chose this location. Since 2012 she has been involved in many aspects of the community here. As a member of Carrollton First United Methodist Church, she has been involved with youth, Sunday School, mission trips, VBS and other programs. She is on the board of Carroll County Emergency Shelter, the Chamber of Commerce board and several chamber committees, the Carrollton Cultural Arts Alliance Board, and the Carroll County Education Collaborative. A past president of Rotary, she is involved in numerous events through the Rotary Club. She feels blessed to have so many opportunities to make a difference in west Georgia. She chose to be an agent in a smaller town because of the sense of community she had grown up with and had missed while living in Atlanta. Jill wants to thank the community for supporting her for these 15 years, for shopping local, and for welcoming her and making her feel like family.

Her State Farm team is here to help with almost any insurance need you and your family have. From auto, home, and business insurance to life, health, and disability. The majority of her team members have been with State Farm for more than seven years. They are knowledgeable, and most are from this community. “I really want to take this opportunity to let everyone know how blessed I am to be a part of a community like this. I have such a sense of pride when I walk around our square, UWG, our Greenbelt, visit one of the schools, or drive around our beautiful county. I am so thankful to call this home,” says Jill Duncan.
